Meanwhile look at what great condition her hair is in even though it's lifted to get that vivid red. Too often we see various forms of damage. I agree with you about oils for hair. I don't know why anyone would say they aren't good for hair.

Deep condition your hair if your hair is color treated. Also hot oil treatments is an excellent thing to do for color treated hair too.
