    Difference between the Stem Cell Therapy I provide (and doctors who are using unmanipulated birth tissue-derived stem cell products in the US) vs. what patients receive in a well-known stem cell clinic in Panama... I have been asked this question many times, and this short clip helps put some perspectives in matter and help people understand the differences.
    I am a Los Angeles-based physician, with board certifications the fields of Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine, and Anti-aging & Regenerative Medicine. Our clinic is Thea Center for Regenerative Medicine (www.theacrm.com) and I am the founder and president of American Academy of Integrative Cell Therapy (www.AAICT.org). I have also founded the company Chara Biologics (www.charabiologics.com) to provide regenerative medicine products of the highest therapeutic potentials.

    The stem cells produced in Panama are produced in GMP and iso certified facility BTW, and I have seen it myself. Which stem cells are used is also key, and that's another reason he went to Panama. No one knows which schedule is best due to lack of RCTs examining that, so clinical experience is what we have. Finally, what's added with the stem cells to improve efficacy is also essential. Talked to many who had treatment there, not a one reported getting sick.

    • @JoyKongMD

      To get something that’s fully healed such as receding gum (not an ongoing injury) to return to its previous shape, just relying on stem cells would be difficult. The cells wouldn’t know that the gum line needs to come down… but if you do a gum surgery, the stem cells are going to speed up the healing by a factor of 2-3 (healing 2-3 times as fast) and allow the tissue to heal much better and more seamlessly…

      @@LDelight77 I have answered your question in a previous reply. On the contrary, the cost for the cells is MUCH HIGHER because we can’t just “grow the cells on trees” so to speak, and only take a fraction of it to do each treatment. The native (unexpanded and unmanipulated) cells are a lot more costly, and more importantly, I believe are safer and more potent. There are studies done on the potency of MSCs upon expansion process, they lose potency and homing and grafting capabilities.

    Maybe multiple approaches can be beneficial. I trust cell medicine and know people who have healed from their method, a friend who is an MD healed there, as I'm sure you've also helped others. So why push against a method that's clearly working for some people abroad and not causing harm? Why not promote both? I respect what you're doing but it makes me trust you less that you push against something N. Riordan has researched for over a decade and give countless successful results to. Also since you don't need equipment to culture them, are your prices much cheaper than abroad? That would be a selling point for your method. Please share client success stories for complex things: MS, autoimmune, Parkinsons as well as the research docs that show lack of efficacy of cultured cells in a lab Thank you.

    • @JoyKongMD
      @JoyKongMD  Год назад +2

      Thank you for your comment. First of all, I appreciate anyone who is trying to help people heal, and I am sure the Panama clinic has helped many! However, I have also heard people getting very severe side effects - especially upon 2nd and 3rd infusion within the week (their protocol is 3 infusions in one week), when the body is primed to reject the cells due to cell surface receptors that manifest during the expansion process. I want to provide people with the BEST treatment, period, the most effective and safest… someone has to give people the breakdown of what’s happening with different treatment methods, as people do not know the details behind different methods. My goal is always EDUCATION.
      And as to your comment regarding not culturing thus making the product cheaper - it is the complete opposite of truth. When one can expand the cells to very huge numbers and only portion off a small fraction, one cuts down the cost DRASTICALLY. One umbilical cord can only provide a certain number of “native cells,” making them expensive. But when the cells can be made to divide numerous times, the number of cells obtained becomes exponential, and since only a small fraction (say 200-300 million cells) is used, a clinic providing such products can dramatically lower the cost for cells per treatment.
      As to case examples, please visit the website of the academy I founded: American Academy of Integrative Cell Therapy, where many case studies are listed under “Case Studies.” Most of the cases are patients I have treated, some are from doctors who use the same unexpanded native cells. www.aaict.org. Hope you find it helpful

There are definitely scientific papers that can support my explanation, and patient experience of lack of results or adverse reactions (both told to me by patients and published reviews regarding people’s experience with treatments they received in Panama.
