Hi guys,
There is one thing that I've been following every day, no matter what. If you guessed staying hydrated then yes, that too, but I've been waking up with the same routine for about two weeks now. Everyday I've done a good job of following the things I need to to mentally start my day in the best mindset. Start with my skincare routine, a fresh coffee or my new favorite ritual my matcha mindfulness sessions! Who here loves matcha?
So I hope that all of you decide to watch this video today! It's the first time I'm making a morning routine from my new home here in Los Angeles. For those of you who have seen my last morning routines, let me know what you think about my update! The light here in LA is as beautiful as the light was in Amsterdam, so I was really happy with the way the video turned out! I hope you guys feel the same.
I want to hear your thoughts on this idea... I want to test out a daily vlog. Yes, a daily vlog, but only for seven days to see how it feels and if you guys enjoy it. I think I've talked about trying to do it, but this time I'm going to give it five or so days and then we can all talk about it to see if it's worth doing more of!

Hi! Just a tip: Instead of the Evian Spray you should buy the Evian bottled water and pour it into a bowl and wash your face with it. Spraying it on doesn't remove the chemicals from the pipe tap water.
The spray is good for refreshing your face in the day but not as a purifier.

Sanne, if you add the tiniest amount of water to the eggs and whisk them a lot, they get very foamy and expand in the pan-fluffiest eggs!

I'm trying intermittent fasting lately and it's been amazing!! Ofc I'm hydrating my body with water and tea all morning. Honestly, I'm taking into consideration to faste at least one day of the week.

Just to clarify for people who would like to try I intermittent fasting you're supposed not to get ANY kind of calories to get the best benefits out of it, it's fine if you do like Sanne and drink for example non-diary but you couldn't really call it a fasting because you still "eat" (only the matcha without any milk, creamer or sugar would be totally great btw as well as coffee or tea)

Stress can easily cause breakouts. I've been having that problem too.

Cut out sugar, use a gentle cleanser and use ordinary salicylic acid serum.
Hi Jennifer! It could be from stress at the moment due to the global situation... but our #1 tip for clearer skin is to make sure it is properly hydrated. Your first thought when you get breakouts is to dry out the skin and strip it of oil by using harsh products. When your skin is not properly hydrated it will naturally produce extra oil to hydrate and then it can cause breakouts. Try and use very clean products without harsh chemicals for a few days and see if that helps. xx
