Did you figure out the water pressure issue??? I do now they put flow restrictors on there shower heads that are removable you might want to call them and ask if these wall units are restricted also and where its located so you can remove it. Cheers =)

I installed one to find out that Imwould get either hot or cold water . No mixing . Wayfair delivered another and after installing had the same problem . Dont know if it is a defect
