What I love about their love story was the writers wrote it in a way without it being in your face and just naturally part of the story with it being connected in their cases. The progression was slow and steady. It showed them being coworkers, boss-subordinate, falling in love, wondering if it will be worth to try a relationship, getting together, problems of separating their love life from work life, burnouts and long distance relationships and how they went through to solve them. How in the end they realized they need each other so they chose each other over their careers. Unlike love stories nowadays where the couple is the focus now and not what the series is all about in the first placs (Grey's Anatomy)
When the episode came out where Grissom travels to jungle to find her I was watching it with my mom and I think we both burst into tears when they kissed we were so happy for them.

They right for each other..I sensed it when there was another guy Sarah was dating some episodes ago that was put off by Sarah's clothes because she had been examining a dead body..well that particular dude was shallow and a womanizer..he wasn't right for her..he knew what her job was. Grissom wouldn't have minded a dead body scent because his job was the same as Sarah's. They are together..and that is good.
I can see the two of them being colleagues and good friends but I don't see them as a couple (IMO they're mismatched), on the other hand I do ship Greg and Sara so why couldn't the CSI writers have Sara and Greg pairing up and marrying? IMO Greg and Sara had great chemistry.

This is such a great summary of their relationship. Grateful for the happy ending. And so wonderful to see them together in the new series CSI:Vegas.
One of the best bits about this is that the two strongest supporters for the GSR were William Petersen and Jorja Fox. 😍🥰🥰
