i got last week the ugreen 130w 20000mah... its nice and small but also its not 20000....if you see on the back of the box it says rated capacity 11000mah... which really drains fast
Check the box or manual of any power bank. The stated capacity is the size of the actual lithium cells inside the battery bank, but the rated capacity takes into account the speed and loss of efficiency that every battery has. The rated capacity is always less than the stated capacity because batteries are not 100% efficient and the faster they drain the more energy they can lose to heat and the chemical exchange. It IS 20000mAh of battery cells, but the speed of transfer is what the rated capacity accounts for.
I have two baseus 65w power banks and my rog ally x refuses to charge using them, they work great on my steam deck Edit , I did research and it seems like baseus just won't work with the rog ally x , a guy on reddit is also having the same issue
Try using a 100 watt cable. If you get a notification that advises you to use a ROG adapter, ignore it. It's charging just fine. I had the same issue too, but the 100 watt cable fixed it. The cable that came with the product is useless. Hope it helps.
The Basseus 65W I've bought it but it wouldn't charge my Ally X. I t wouldn't charge it for 5 seconds then stop. I bought a new wire too but same situation. Do I need to change a setting in the Ally X or something?
The comment right before yours on this video is 4 months older then yours but apparently a guy was having the same problem. And saw someone on reddit have the same. It's something with basseus, they just don't get along with allys
@@thomasdimon sorry to hear that. Not sure if you have a defective unit, but I have 2 and they both charge the Ally X perfectly and active 30w turbo. Have you tried a different cable?

The powerbank acted strange, for few seconds was like theres no charge but blinking at 95% battery. Tested different chargers and even original one , and usb c from ally was gone!!! Great video man. Very interested in getting the 20k 130wh ugreen but is that gonna be airline safe (US-Southeast Asia)for handcarry? I’m seeing 100wh only when I researched but if someone can let me know if it’s allowed or not before buying it I’d appreciate it, thanks.
Yes it is airline safe! It’s 130w (speed), not 130WattHours (capacity) The capacity limit for planes is 27,000mAh (which is 100wh) It’s a little confusing, but it doesn’t matter how fast a battery bank is, only the capacity is considered
You could've got Anker's 737 for the same price with 24,000 mAh plus a usb c braided cable for $8 that has an lcd and that lets you know how much power is being used. You did too much buying that cable for that price plus an extra device with an lcd to let you know how much power is being used. Did you do your research before buying this stuff? Because you wasted your money, especially on the first power bank.
@@gamingwithkev8208 not sure which region you're in, but the Anker 737 is $109 right now and the Ugreen is $69. Is it just me, or are your hands GINORMOUS!? Great video tho bro helped me a lot.

Great option, but it’s over the limit of some airlines (100wh)
12 minutes and 30 seconds of just yapping. Bro knows nothing but the info that's on the packaging of the battery
After testing dozens of battery banks this video is just showing some good options.
Was there any specific info you want to know?

How many times can the 130w powerbank charge the Rog Ally X?
