That “Death is to easy for you bitch.” Line was cold as ice
Of course Batman would think that 🤣🤣
too*
Legendary!!! 🤣
How do u spell a 3 letter word wrong?
Right Batman 😂
Jackie Brown maybe my favorite QT movie. It seems to get lost in the mix of all this other work. But I think it’s fantastic.
For me, it’s his most mature and laid back movie! It’s not as flashy as his signature style ought to be and I love it for that!
I wish max slid into that before the end but he got left on a high note
To the mainstream I agree. But big moviegoers and film critics rank it extremely high, if not number one.
Which is sort of funny considering it’s the one film he adapted, so I’m a way it’s not a true QT film (tho he has some Elmore Leonard in him for sure).
For sure, it's perhaps his most realistic movie.
ABSOLUTELY AGREED!
His most underrated movie
Yes.
Yes.
More than deathproof?
Maybe to white ppl
And my favorite of his movies
Pam has lived rent free in my head for a long time cuz of this movie.
I can't imagine anyone else in this role other than Pam Grier....booyah.
He is like an excited kid! Always admired his energy and style.👍
Well Pam Grier always "excited" young Quentin, so it makes sense.
OMG, Pam Grier is one of the most beautiful women of all time. And not only because of her looks.
Real woman indeed. Damn🤩
I feel like Quentin saw Samuel L Jackson wearing this fit at a table read for a different movie and copied it.
Lmao imagine Sam's reaction when Quentin first walked in the room wearing this
It made so, so, so much sense when I found out that Quentin Tarantino's mother was single and only dated black dudes.
He sure did
lol that's what I was thinking, knew someone else got here first to say it too!
He vehemently defends that he is a reincarnated black guy, so I guess this outfit comports with that prickly delusion..
Pam Grier always been a terrific actress and very beautiful
That was without doubt one of the coolest things I've ever heard in my entire fucking life.
That film is a masterpiece. Just rewatched yesterday for the 4th time after a decade. I only recently maybe because im older and an adult now that the first times I’ve seen it, the emotions in the eyes of the characters are so moving in those key moments. Samuel L Jackson and Robert Forster In that scene towards the end, in the car when they arrive to the office to meet Jackie. That exchange is all in the eyes and in Sam you see the humanity in Ordell when, in a strange way, he’s been the terrorizer, but becomes vulnerable because he knows maybe this might be the end for him but max looks him straight in the eye, empathetic eyes reassuring him that nothing shady is going on. Its like the role’s switch. Even when after Micheal Keaton shoots him in there and the close up on ordell dead, he still had that look of vulnerability and surprise, you almost feel sorry for him, even though he wpuld have had no pb killing them all in there for his money. Ofc last scene Pam grier in the car singing along to across 110th street with tears in her eyes as she leaves max. Iconic ❤
Pam is the quintessential super model
That right there is what you call a underrated movie and im not even exaggerating just for the hell of it.
I really enjoyed my time watching it,
It was really creative well put together as a whole and entertaining.
I highly recommend watchin it to see for yourself to anybody who havent seen it
Oh my she's a beauty ❤️
Tarantino got more and more excited as he went along telling this😂😂
Genuinely the most attractive person I have ever seen in my life
Pam had one of the greatest tennis racks in my lifetime
Yo when I saw Coffy for the first time it blew my mind. I don’t usually watch old movies but Pam Grier made that movie amazing. She could be a bad ass effortlessly and hands one of the most beautiful women you will ever see.
"Old movies"
Lol
@@KigreTheViking Coffy came out in 1973. Pushing close to 50 years now, scientifically that's almost considered ancient. 🤣
The goddess herself!
One of my favorite movies of all time featuring Strawberry Letter 23 with THE COLDEST intro a groovy disco tune could ever ask for
That bassline KILLS
@@seanlambert4000 the YT channel Don John made a pretty dope hip hop instrumental remix
Killer scene, this movie is seriously the most underrated masterpiece in modern culture
The whole soundtrack is fire.
Bobby Womack- Across 110th street
What a woman....😍
The other two Elmore Leonard adaptations to watch are Get Shorty (Travolta, Hackman) and Out of Sight (J-Lo, Clooney).
And justified
Pam Grier was bread and buttered in Denver Colorado 😊 Couldn't be more proud ❤
That is one hell of a Lady!
Love the Pam!!!
Coffy is such a dope ass Blacksploitation film!!!
Quentin channeling the spirit of kwanza
RIP Elmore Leonard. Just a fantastic writer.
Still one of my favorite movies, so glad Tubi has it now. Pam Grier is a timeless beauty!! ❤❤
My favorite actress PAM GRIER!!!!!!!
Best movie actor and director
Thats a big call, I can't necessarily agree, what I will say is that he does the best dialogue of any director ever.
Lmfao I love how he’s wearing a kangol hat 🤌🏼
Sam Jackson is proud
the intro to this movie is one of the greatest i've seen. i was instantly and i mean instantly captivated.
God, Pam is such a fucking idol
Jackie brown is a classic movie. Amazing.
His drip is immaculate
Pam grear is sooooo perfect in this movie
Such an incredible movie, by far my favorite from Tarantino
Quentin Tarantino I'm sure you've heard a lot of things about yourself but I got to tell you brother you are truly gifted you're inside the way you look at life I'd like to work with you FYI I'm homeless handyman hope you hear about it
Wishing you the best brother, one day when you're back on your feet hopefully you'll meet Quentin and work on his next movie
Jackie Brown is a great flick, for a story that wasn't one of Quintin's original work his adaptation was great.
Pam Grier super hot in that dominant woman sorta way
A Classic For Sure...
That shirt/hat combo gave my eyeballs hepatitis
Big fan of the beautiful Pam Grier since the 1970s
No wonder I like this movie, he didn't write it
The man has drip
Quentin is genius she suitd perfect for that character
I wish he worked with pam grier in more movies theyre such a good match
What a beautiful woman and fantastic actor. How did Miami Vice get her for a 2 hour season opener
Jackie Brown is my favourite Tarantino movie. That movie demonstrated more than any other what a fantastic director he is. It was just masterful.
the major spoiler in the parking lot was the reason why I watched that movie in the first place..but I wish I had watched it without that spoiler
She's an amazing woman
I like how being in your mid 40s was an older woman back then. Today it's more normal.
Spike Lee ❤
I don’t care what anyone says Pam Grier is the Epitome me of a black woman straight goddess.. 🌹
That's what a woman looks like son🥵
He really see's it
They filmed at the Sybil Brand jail, that brought back memories.
I love this movie
There's a whole other bowl
The fucking outfit is killing me 😂
She was stunning.
My favorite Tarantino movie by far
"Джеки Браун" - один из самых любимых фильмов в моей коллекции! На мой личный взгляд, этот фильм Квентина - торжество вкуса и стиля! Актёры, музыка, декорации, неспешный сюжет- выше всех похвал! Пересматриваю с удовольствием каждый раз, БлагоДарю! 💜
The movie soundtrack was flawless. Especially that Natural High By: Bloodstone... Omg
Great movie. Pam has had my attention since the 70s. Beautiful women
Across 110th street is my favorite movie soundtrack song.
I can watch that movie all day ♥️
Perfect casting!
This is the closest thing he could find in short notice that resembled a Kente cloth.
😂
Wowwww holy fcking shit…. She was 47 when she did the movie!! True definition of black don’t crack! Would have never guessed she was that age at that time.. Seriously thought she was 41/42 tops at that time. She has good genes, she fooled me.
I used to not like it because they didn't have the same Flair that I like in the other films. But one day I decided to sit and watch it and I was most pleasantly surprised it is actually a really good 1.
I respect his decision to retire but god damn do I miss this man making movies.
DUDE...What an outfit!!
Omg she is the revelation of strong women 😂❤❤❤❤❤
Jackie Brown has by far my favorite of all QT's movie soundtracks
He sure got the entire cast just right.
I'mma watch this movie again 🔥
"She has to have feet with sore soles"
PAM GRIER WAS THE QUEEN 70S BAD ASS . 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Hahahaha lmaooo the kangol lol o man
Tarantino’s best movie aside from Pulp Fiction.
I had this man confused.. as a blk man I felt yea me makes good films but the use of the n word I don’t like. So that made me put him in a category. I was wrong this break down proves I was wrong times 10. This man is an artist and it’s up to me to appreciate his work or not. He’s not asking me to stand in his art gallery.. there is an open invitation but also one must come with an open mind and be willing to look at the pictures beneath the picture.
Quentin: The good thing about casting older actors is that they have had as many stories as circus performers.
What are the songs used in this video!! Thank you in advance
Someone tell me the name of the song playing please!
Natural High by Bloodstone, the intro song.
2nd song: Long Time Woman - Pam Grier
Favorite Tarantino movie
Pam beautiful
Pam Grier was perfect for this role. It was made for her. Period
What interview is this?
I Love Pan Grier❤
His best film.
Great choice.
Tarantino looks like Samuel l Jackson picked out his outfit 😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I love this movie!
Great movie 🎥
During his thinking he's Samuel L Jackson phase
This guy takes it in the back door
I clicked on this thinking it was qadafi. I need my eyes checked
I hope Quentin gave Sam his cap back after the interview. 😁
The outfit lmao
