    Ingredients :
    1) Ladies finger (bendekaayi) : 250 g
    2)Besan (kadale hittu) : 10 tsp or 1 small cup
    3)Corn floor (jola hittu) : 1 tsp
    4)Red chilly powder (kempu menasina hudi ) : 1.5 tsp
    5)Amchor powder : 1/2 tsp
    6)Coriander powder (kotthambari podi ) : 1/2 tsp
    7)Jeera powder (jeerige podi ) : 1/2 tsp
    8)Turmeric powder (manjal ) : 1/2 tsp
    9) Salt : 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
    10)Oil : 2 tsp
    Method:
    Cut Ladies finger as shown in the video and mix all the above ingridients and check the taste .
    Keep a vessel on the gas and put any oil (here coconut oil) to fry. Put the mixture as shown in the video. Ladies finger fry is ready to eat .
