I went through a cowboy boot phase some years ago, wearing my Nocona's almost every single day for over a decade. They felt good, looked good, and I bet a little more care would have doubled their lifespan or more. Chisos send to be the best Western boots out there these days. And i know what you mean: first time I put them on I felt 12 feet tall. Manly.
Yah, these are on my radar if/when I ever decide to pull the trigger on a cowboy boot; a Facebook group cites some issues with sizing (as well as folks selling almost new pairs because they don't fit quite right) issues but people really love these boots.
Great review. Thank you. I got a bunch of PNW boots and I love them. They feel like tanks and make feel stronger , hahaha! I have Luccheses but they are too snug. These Chisos seem to be the PNW of western boots.
Really enjoyed the video...at 600 dollars (plus taxes and shipping), they are a little rich for my blood, but if I was buying cowboy boots these look like the brand to go for.
@@Bootlosophy I suppose if it's only one pair 🙂.... Actually they look better on you than they do on most of the video reviews I've seen of cowboy boots.
Happy to see you getting into the western stuff Teik !!! ❤
@@DalesLeatherworks thanks mate, but east, west, all the same on a flat earth 😁
I’m planning on getting these in Ostrich for my birthday in January, I love my Chisos.

I have the brown version of these boots. They are well built and comfortable.
Great review. Thank you.

The leather of the shafts looks like it was tumbled. Could this be why it is softer?
@@ludwigkhoury6813 I don’t believe it’s been tumbled. I believe it’s from the lower part of the hide which is softer
Thank you!
Thanks for the review, very helpful. What size do you wear in sneakers and what size are you in these boots?
don't mind, should've watched the last section!! got it
All the boots you have how do you enjoy and to get to know your boots.its all about patina
@@MichaelPrinzo probably all about comfort. Dress boots don’t need patina
As a real Texan, you sounded completely Aussie with that accent. I can’t be mad at you though 😂
@@GOdupont24 hahahaha I tried
Mister ozzy cowboy, question how was the import duties and taxes handled in such situation when you get a free pair?
@@jseskausk Customs will charge you before they release the package
@@Bootlosophyso actually you did not get it for free i guess you paid +30% on top of boot value?
I'm still trying to decide if I should "like" this in case it encourages you to buy more of them...
@@UnknownUser-rb9pd hahaha! No danger of that but you gotta have ONE!

Heel looks more like a walking heel than riding, riding heels will have more acute angle on back slant.
🎉🎉🎉
I think these look great and really suit you Teik, accent could use some work though 😅
@@DanielGibus haha! Back to drama school eh?
Cowboy boots!!! 😊😊😊😊😊 Next up Ariat?
@@Al_lan hahaha NOT in the immediate future!
They're $600 and they run small.
Yes, they are definitely Mexican-made boots.
Yeah, they're pretty, but I don't know about real range work usage still. etc.
I don't know if Tony Lama still has any type that I like, but Ariat does too much synthetic parts instead of leather usually.
