Hey mate. Nowadays, it really depends on the custom balancing made by the server. If cold imbue = fire imbue and if cold nuke = fire imbue then you should definitely do cold/force/heuksal lvl 100 and 30 lvls for light or fire depending on edits by server. If server's really edited then Force will have its own imbue, if so then you don't need cold lvl 100.

Most of the PvPs were done with max cold at 110 = 63%. However, when my build was Fire Force Heuksal and cold 60 my snow shield hits only 40%
