I'm in a similar situation. Just moved out of my mom's house after not working for almost 3 years... yikes. Time flew by so fast. I'm autistic and I just don't do well with people. I quit at my last job because there were too many misunderstandings with people there. And I sort of had a mental breakdown at work after not sleeping for 2 weeks, but... (Anxiety/panic attacks woke me up any time I tried to sleep. Horrible. They made me shake and grit my teeth so hard I chipped a tooth.) So I just stayed home. It was only supposed to be for a couple months... but a couple months turned into a couple years. I never went outside. I was a true agoraphobe. (Still am, I guess) But I got a job... and now I'm just suddenly thrown out into the real world... It's been rough. I've been surviving on Ramen and peanut butter too. I was able to numb myself to the activity around me for awhile, but today it was overwhelming. I cried so much... I haven't been sleeping well since I moved, and I think it's finally catching up to me. When I'm chronically sleep deprived I become severely anxious, depressed... and suicidal. Today, everything looked like a weapon to me. I just wanted to leave work so I could go home and hurt myself. I cried ALL DAY at work. I just couldn't stop. I messed up so many times. Bad. Sorry, this isn't a diary... I shouldn't be saying so much... my day just got worse from there, but it's a bit better now. I hope things get better for the both of us. Sorry if you read all this. I have no one to talk to except my dog...

Its like i have ptsd for 9 to 5 now.. Giving online a go.. Have you thought about content creating? Make you stories into art.. We always feel so Alone and thats precisley when we have to know there are others like us

I know loneliness and social isolation a bit too well due to my mental illnesses and my gender dysphoria. My mental breackdowns are on a weekly basis now. Don’t feel sorry for writing all that especially if it’s freeing to you. I will read and listen. ♡
