@@multilingual972 Honestly.. I used to hate English spoken with an Hebrew Accent. It sounded hicksville. But I heard too many Smart Israelis use. So I Got over it. Also. We are the Native Seekers In this instant. Our opinion is what Matters. Just like Americans say that Gal Gadots Accent is Broken English. Even though, She's using perfect grammar. Her vouls are too sharp. Flat. Less forgiving. Harder, though I assure you not, impossible to convey falsehoods. A possibility English speekers detest. Google lojban and why english speekers hate when they hear about it.
I loved this. I think it is so creative. I’m just now learning Hebrew and hearing these words and sounds are great. I’m a Christian and in the early stages of converting.
Can’t you please release a full cover for each one? Lol I have no ideia how every song is so much better with your voices and harmonies... so pleeeeaaaaseeee release every single song’s full cover! I think I listened to it 7 times in repeat. This is amazing, how can you guys be sooo good???
Coming back four years later cause this is too good and I’ve never heard a better version of these songs (even if you only sang very small parts). I can sing everyone’s parts, I even know who comes next and when the camera closes up on their face. This is how many times I’ve watched this.
WOW!!! This was a mesmerizing, spirited, & excellently curated selection of songs! Most all were familiar, & I so enjoyed listening! As an "Ashkephardi," I especially lit when you sang some Sephardic Tunes. Everything went too fast, so I'll need to listen again to recall favorites. Mazal-Tov to you all, & Shana Tovah u'Metukah b'li Covid!
it's so so funny how they pronounce some hebrew songs perfectly, almost without any accent, and others with a heavy american one. 😂 either way i love this so very much!
Some of them they learned from other Jewish American and are sung in a heavy American accents. Other they heard from Israelis. Anyway neither of them is the correct Hebrew accent anyway xD
EatYourVegs Israeli accent that you would use in songs is the correct Hebrew accent. Modern Israeli Hebrew spoken by the youth is not so much because it’s heavily influenced by the US and UK’s “trendy” culture. The closest song in this video to actual Hebrew that I could hear is “malachai hashalom” in the 1910s song, the main singer has the accent pretty close (except for that round r sound)
@@mr.probable1236 and even malachei ha'shalom had noticeable enough american accent. as for the "modern Israeli Hebrew" .. the israeli speech sounds the same for as long as i remember myself.. (at least 35 years) it sounded a bit different 60 - 70 years ago ( can hear it in old tv shows..), because of the many foreign accents of the Jewish people from all over the world, brought by the massive immigration.. so it had a bit different sound.. by the 70's all the accents were long gone and Hebrew had its own unique sound. the thing that constantly changes though, is the slang and words borrowed from other languages. the youth don't speak in other accent or use different pronunciation etc. so. nope. no native Hebrew accent in this one.. all of them have some american accent.
I atleast watch this ten times everyday.I don't know the language but I totally get the feeling. ❤️ My favourite singer is the singer who sings Shalom Aleicheim ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️and Hafinali Balbeli.🔥 ❤️I am in love with the Jewish culture.Hope to visit the holy land someday 🔥
The music that came out of the war in 1968 was beautiful. Everyone knows Yerushalim Shel Zahav. You sang one of my favorites, Sharm A Shek. It was wonderful to hear again. Thank you, you made my day.I can't wait to share this with my children and grandchildren. A musical trip through history is also a trip through people's hearts.

Love it.All songs are good. I am not a jew and I am not familiar with these songs, still I can feel the joy and warmth. I felt a sort of motherly love towards all the singers. G-d bless you..
Shalom! I'm an Israeli Jewish, I speak Hebrew. I saw this video for the first time just a couple weeks ago, and I've already watched it maybe 40 times. I knew most of the the songs, and I loved it so much. This video is awesome! I specially loved the rap part in the end. I love to hear people from other countries sing songs in Hebrew, and it was so cool! זה היה מדהים!!
I am not jewish but still i love these songs as these singers have made me crazy to listen all time. Thanks for this beautiful arrangement of all songs. You have sung even better than original songs.
I learned all of these songs almost exactly as they sang them. It's crazy to think that the songs I was taught as a child are sang in almost the exact same way now-hundreds of years later.
Hey Studs. I loved the medley. What would impress me is if you emulate the style of each song at the time it was written. That would add a new dimension in your performance.
I don't know how but I came here because of Artem won Gold at Olympics. And though I didn't understand a single word except 'Hanukkah' the whole music and expressions are quite intriguing to hear and watch. So nice job and cheers🥂 🇮🇳❤️🇮🇱

Mark Hafter Added, thanks!
Cathy Sherman Some I knew- the other ones I Googled until I found them. I also was helped with a few by reading all the comments on RUclips and Facebook.
And thank you! This is great! I unfortunately don't have a link to a video, but I found Hebrew sources that list that song debuting at the 1973 Hasidic Song Festival in Israel, melody co-written by Ehud Manor, which fits.
0:22 to everyone saying Jews are not indegionous to Israel or only wanted to steal land from a non existent country, here ya go. 348 years Before its creation there were songs about yearning to return to Zion aka israel.
They can believe what they want to believe. All ethnic Jews descend primarily from the original Levantine populations.
Very nice Brothers!! greetings from Albania 🇦🇱

Honestly..
I used to hate English spoken with an Hebrew Accent.
It sounded hicksville.
But I heard too many Smart Israelis use. So I Got over it.
Also. We are the Native Seekers
In this instant.
Wow! That's seriously amazing! Hearing you for the first time and just.... wow!!!
Now I would like to hear each song from beginning to end 😁
it's so so funny how they pronounce some hebrew songs perfectly, almost without any accent, and others with a heavy american one. 😂
either way i love this so very much!
Some of them they learned from other Jewish American and are sung in a heavy American accents. Other they heard from Israelis. Anyway neither of them is the correct Hebrew accent anyway xD
@@EatYourVegs they actually did quite well with songs like Hafinali xD but ye, huge kudus to them.
@@mr.probable1236
and even malachei ha'shalom had noticeable enough american accent.
as for the "modern Israeli Hebrew" .. the israeli speech sounds the same for as long as i remember myself..
So close. Lol
Love love love !!!!! Thank you for your amazing talents and smiles!!!! 🙏🙏🙏
Fantastic! Can't stop listening! Gmar Chatima Tova from São Paulo, Brasil .
can you just do a full version of 02:42 that was so good
I atleast watch this ten times everyday.I don't know the language but I totally get the feeling. ❤️ My favourite singer is the singer who sings Shalom Aleicheim ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️and Hafinali Balbeli.🔥
❤️I am in love with the Jewish culture.Hope to visit the holy land someday 🔥
Shabat Shalom, congratulations, Nifla!!! גדול
I am a Jewish child, I love this so much!
I love them all, and so do my grandchildren. You have both a unique sound as well as a passionate presentation. I'd love to buy all of them.
From a Conservative Lutheran : WOW! That really made me smile! Shalom!

I can not stop to hear this! Its sooooooo good!
Outstanding beautiful voices. Lots of talent!! Greetings from Costa Rica. I listen to all kinds of music, doesnt matter the religion. It is a very beautiful way of self expression.
Can't stop listening! Y'all should do a full version of minyon man!

Love it.All songs are good. I am not a jew and I am not familiar with these songs, still I can feel the joy and warmth. I felt a sort of motherly love towards all the singers. G-d bless you..
wonderful - loved them all - great renditions of the classics
I watched this so many times I can sing the whole video along with you. I LOVE IT SOOO MUCH!!

I am from Serbia, but I support all Jewish countries and my favourite song is Hatikvah (very good music and song).

Shkoyach
I am not jewish but still i love these songs as these singers have made me crazy to listen all time. Thanks for this beautiful arrangement of all songs. You have sung even better than original songs.
I learned all of these songs almost exactly as they sang them. It's crazy to think that the songs I was taught as a child are sang in almost the exact same way now-hundreds of years later.
Shaking at the implication that you learned these songs as they were written

A full version of quando elray nimrod and/or ofym pripitschek would make me so emotional 🥺
wow, I was amazed by the dates. some of the songs I thought were really old and traditional are just 20 or 30 or 40 years old.
Hey Studs. I loved the medley. What would impress me is if you emulate the style of each song at the time it was written. That would add a new dimension in your performance.
Shalom from Brazil!
Your project is amazing! And i would like to hear a full version of Oseh Shalom.
GOD bless you.

I don't know how but I came here because of Artem won Gold at Olympics.
And though I didn't understand a single word except 'Hanukkah' the whole music and expressions are quite intriguing to hear and watch. So nice job and cheers🥂 🇮🇳❤️🇮🇱
I rarely ask requests, but I would love to have a full version of Oseh Shalom in the style you did there. It's... A+, mwah, sublime.
Hey, guys,
I wrote English version of Hatikvah. Would you be interested to look at it? The melody kept the same, of course.
Hudson Kin sure!
Yeah definitely
I don't know how youtube knew that I needed this incredible medley but thanks! (Anglican from Canada)
Please do a cover of all of these, but especially please do Acheinu. The world seriously needs a good Acheinu cover.
This version is so beautiful
wonderful...some parts goose bumpy...would love to see you expand each song/tefilah to its totality and make a whole album of this...
Watching this brought such wonderful joy to this Jewish Grandpa (me-smile) at 72 from a conservative back ground, music something I always enjoy and you guys did a great job -Toda from Harold in Long Island.
