I just came here to say JazakAllah khayr to you Aunty. I have grown up in New Delhi got married and came to UK. I learned cooking following your recipes literally because your recipe are closest to what my mother who is from west UP used to cook. Your yakhni pulao, kofte are very similar to ours. My husband loves my cooking now all thanks to you. Nikah se pehle khana banana zyada shawk se nahi seekha. Khoob dawatein kari hain apki recipes ko follow karke. Even our gora neighbours loved yakhni pulao. Alhamdolillah i can cook now. Most of our friends from Pakistan loved it when i cooked for them. Your recipes never go wrong ❤ Can you please make pakistani Sindhi biryani with layers. It's quite different from Hyderabadi one.
