I'm looking to purchase a pre-owned Bruno CRE-2110 stairlift to install in my Mother's home. Her staircase is a 17 step straight-up shot to large upstairs landing. I will not need the curved rail at the top. I WILL need to purchase an additional section (probably 4ft long) and a piece to take the the chair up over the top step to stop on the landing (with no curve). Is it possible to get such extra pieces without having to get the whole shebang?
Highly recommend not doing that. Curved stairlifts are made to a specific staircase. You cant add to it and they are designed to go up a certain angle.
@@israelgamburd5315 Thank you for the info. I talked to a Bruno rep yesterday, and she pretty much told me I would not be able to make that pre-owned system work. Cited several reasons why.
There is a channel in the back of the rail which you insert a black cable. That cable connects the upper and lower charge station. You can connect the charger to either end.
Does it work? You didn't show it in operation.
