Nurbanu never beat Hurrem. Sadly Hurrem's illness got to her before the battle between Nurbanu and Hurrem ever really began, which is a bit sad. I would of loved to see Hurrem and Nurbanu really fight each other with Selim in the middle.
@@ezrabashnan3758 all Hurrem ever did was tell Selim to get Nurbanu under control. That caused him to banish her but in the end Selim always forgave her and let her return. Hurrem trying to get rid of Nurbanu never happened. Hurrem stated it was time to get rid of her but then died before she could try and get rid of Nurbanu.
@emilish624 Hurrem tried to get rid of Nurbanu since the incident with Huricihan. As she said when Fatma leaves: Nurbanu wants to raise the sky like a bird we have to cut her wings. She tried many times with Fahriye's help but she failed.
not really. Hurrem is basically asking Hafsa if she thought about who would take her place. But Nurbanu looks Hurrem in the eyes and says that Hurrem's chambers will be hers, along with all the power she has. Nurbanu didnt ask for support like Hurrem but just stated it would be hers, which was more of a threat.
