I do believe you'll find some hotels/guesthouses in Tinki, but I'm not certain about that. It is a few hundred meters higher than Cusco as well, so probably would be helpful to stay.
Hello, I don't know any organizer but it will be very easy to find one in Cusco. I met guided groups every day when I was on the trek. And September should be a great time to trek. The nights are a little colder in dry season but the weather is generally very stable.
