Note - With military precision in the intro, that weird shift with the 2nd beat is nothing i can control, it's just like that whenever i put it into my software.
also my voice changer broke so its all pitch shifted.

I think you have to set the file to mono first. In audacity you can mix stereo down to mono and export that
