No oven.
No beater
No eggs
This cake will remain moist and soft even after a day or two(if left)
P.s this video is dedicated to the ppl who always requested recipe of a cake that is without oven and consumes less time. ❤️

Written Recipe:
Butter milk:
Half cup milk plus 1/2 tsp vinegar.
Keep it aside.
Sieve:
1+¼ cup all purpose flour
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
Mix and add 1 cup sugar.
Add
Half cup oil
Half cup buttermilk
Half cup hot boiling water
Mix everything.
Pour into the mould. (Any microwave safe/oven safe mould/bowl/dish/ramekins)
Microwave it for 5 minutes. Check if its done after 5 minutes. If not then bake for a minute or two again.
Oven and stove baking is for 30-35 minutes at 180°C.
Enjoy it as it is or frost it as per your choice.

this is my second time making it. believe it cake was in the fridge for upto 12 hours and I didn't even let it sit on counter, it was still very soft as it was right out of the oven. This is a perfect quick chocolate cake recipe. Thankyou bushra for blessing us with this recipe 🥺💘

I've tried this cake today. But baked on the stove for almost 45 mints. And the cake turns out perfect, soft chocolatey and delicious. Her recipe never fails ❤ PS: it's my second time Baking a cake. 1st was tea cake by Bushra that too was perfect.
Made it last night. And drizzle it with Nutella. It was gooood.

Can we make simple cake with this recipe .. instead of adding 4tbspoon of cocoa powder we add 4tablespoons of all purpose flour to keep the ratio. Will it work ? Would you please guide.

Ok ....it took me 1 week to try the recipe due to my procrastinating habit
Cake is awesome.... soft....and literally 5 min..... I stopped at 4.30 mins.... so it was uncooked from bottom.... but I flipped it and the uncooked batter acted as icing....added shaved chocolate...
