Mixing our favorite sourdough pizza dough

- Here’s the process of how I mix up our (current) favorite sourdough pizza formula. I shot this simply and straightforward to make the process as clear as possible.
Dough Formula:
320-330g water, divided
100g active sourdough starter
50g whole wheat flour
450g bread flour (all-purpose flour is okay, just stick to lower range of water amount)
10g sea salt
Makes 3 medium pizzas
