- Recently one of our clients went into a major jewelry store and one of their employees said the ring we sold them had sapphires as well as diamonds in it. This is 100% not true. Now speaking of informative, I just ordered my second Diamond piece from you guys for my wife and the first piece is custom and I’m still waiting for it but I’ve noticed from others videos that you don’t put the clarity of the Diamond on the card. I think that would put some ease in peoples minds knowing exactly what they are getting. I trust your brand 100% so I’m not worried about it but I think it would help others. Omg Braden. Everyone that knows about jewlery doesn’t go to Kay’s. Their products are trash I literally cringe when I go in their. They charge an arm and a leg for I3 diamonds 😂
I went to them to try on a 20 inch cuban link before I bought one online and they tried to sell me their 14 gram 4mm cuban link for 1800. And they said that's AFTER they applied the discount they had going on for me lmao. I pretended to be clueless and agree with the sales person after she was like "It's a good gram weight for the price"

He’s got majority of the chains you want out there with quality and the best price from Italy or elsewhere and his customer service speaks values also. Only a few others I’d probably give business to but honestly Jacoje got it all man. Custom pieces too.

I have the same diamond tester and in the directions it clearly warns you to clean both the stone and tip of the device because skin oils can lead to false readings. Get informed people. My girl would love one of those necklaces in rose gold with an 18inch jacojelink. A lot of videos on the topic are squeezed with marketing ploys as they are always trying to upsell the more expensive natural rock. I have a 3mm Franco I ordered the ghost pendant he had to adjust the size of the bale. You would just have to add a note to your order. The Franco 3mm comes with regular lobster claps. It should fit a 2mm no problem though

I feel bad after watching the video because earlier this year I bought a 14k yellow gold moon cut necklace from a reputable jewelry store in CA. I got it tested at a pawn shop and they told me it wasn’t 14k so I sent it back telling the jeweler what they said. I should have gotten it tested somewhere else like you said. Anyways love the new necklaces. The rose gold looks great. I will be purchasing a 4mm 18k yellow gold rope from you soon and I can’t wait.

I think part of the issue is that employees at these big jewellery stores don't really know what they're talking about. They're just looking for a job not a career and don't have the passion required to really immerse themselves in the business and learn the ins and outs

Typical that big companies along with their employees that have massive markups on their jewelry will try to discredit smaller business owners who can give much better prices...its especially aggravating when they are trying to sell you hollow pieces at 3 times is value in gold weight. I'm very grateful I found Jacjoe, otherwise I'd be getting ripped off at those jewelry stores. My question on diamonds is due to some advice i had come across when buying diamonds. The advice was "if you are diamond shopping on a budget dont go for a diamond that has lesser quality in color, try to find a more affordable diamond/diamonds that may have inclusions but better clarity in terms of color because the inclusions will likely be visible only under the loupe while the color will be evident to the naked eye"..but is it even possible to go about diamond shopping like that?I feel like big jewelry stores will still sell those better color/more inclusion diamons at a higher cost just because they may look better.

What is the difference between diamond quality and the prices that go with it?
I recently purchased a ring from Kay jewelers, within 2 days a diamond had fallen out. I returned for a refund because I didn’t have confidence that it would not happen again. I also noticed they sell cloudy diamonds. Your videos have been very informative and I appreciate the transparency.

That being said, what do you guys honestly feel about buying mined diamonds vs lab grown diamonds? love the emerald-cut necklaces, especially the rose gold. the yellow gold is fire too. The emerald cut it's my second favorite cut (Asscher cut is my all-time fave). Those multiple clasp chains are interesting for adjustments or even just what size you like. For diamonds I could just use a little breakdown of what you were expecting. What is purity is considered to be a good quality diamond? I don’t know as much about diamonds as opposed to gold. Jacoje videos are informative and helped me learn a lot about gold. Yellow gold for the win!

LMAO, the comedic timing on that was hilarious. Big corporate companies will always try and screw over the smaller guys educating the public. The more the public learns about buying jewelry, the less they'll go to big jewlers that usually overcharge. My question: Is there a generally large difference from VS to VVS diamonds? I saw recently you guys changed your diamond qualities from SI's to VS' and I was curious to see if there was a big difference the in diamond quality from the 3.
