It's 8pm, 22/07/19, Monday night & I'm suffering worse than ever. No one is helping me. Trust me Bk Shivani, trust me world, I've tried many things countless times, unlike any other. I have exhausted every option. I am being bullied at home & outside. No one believes me. No one helps me. It's nearly August 2019. I'm an adult. No one respects me. My half siblings and the racist police and many others have wronged me. Despite all of this I have continued to do my spiritual, practical and religious practices. Trust me I have good sanskars. I am innocent. I am clean. I am hardworking. I keep lying to myself and saying positive affirmations such as ' I am healthy','I am well','I am successful','I am strong','I am brave','I will get a job','I am not my anger','I am love','I always get treated with equality and respect','I am a powerful manifester','I am smart,'I am beautiful','I am rich','I am joy' etc. Despite all the bad, I refuse to commit suicide. I am a brave fighter. I win at life.
In all honesty, your advice has been a greater help to me than any therapist I ever had…I am not saying they are not helpful to others but your honest thoughts and wisdom comes across with ease…it’s refreshing to hear what is genuine…
