if you freeze your pastry rolls before cooking for 5-10 minutes its easier to cut and bakes better too :). these are a fav of ours nana taught me in my teens
The chicken recipes look absolutely delicious. I would never have cooked something like that because to me it looks complicated and Im not really good at cooking but to see how simple it can be is really inspiring thank you again for your work. Please bring out a cookbook lol or better yet please come and cook my meals for me and my family every day 😆💜💜💜

Wow, that Spinach Pasta was definitely the easiest pasta dish I've ever seen anybody make. I will for sure be giving it a try...and the Cajun Chicken pasta looks divine👌🏾😋. I know you dont have to consider wheat usage, but maybe some other viewers would appreciate it as well? PS I think you tossed the mushroom stalks? just slice thinly and throw in with the other mushroom. I remember days of peeling the skin off and throwing way stalks, and then you just wonder why

She is a foodie, dying to explore the grocery stores. So which should she choose and what snacks do you recommend? Maybe it could be a video, best cheap snacks that taste good, lol. I took my 12.yr old grandaughter & 3 of her friends to the beach for the day. I made the Pitza rolls & the mushroom risotto with added chopped Ham & peas put into individual small pots with spoons. They loved them both & nothing was left to bring home.
She speaks with a South Devon accent. Her ancestors probably came from the South Devon or Cornwall area sometime during the mid 1700's She is a Cornish woman. She is probably related to the cornish stand up comic Jethro.
Between Lawrence and I we mix ideas, trial recipes and what not! I get lots of inspiration online and from travelling around to different places and countries. X
Love the recipes but the videos seem really rushed just recently, of course I know you're busy with Orin etc, but you could maybe space things out in the editing, adding another 10 minutes to each one and having the end visible instead of hidden behind other 'videos to watch' would be so much better.
No, not at all. You can space videos out with music and just pan out to perhaps a shot of the garden or cats etc for the end 'what to watch next' boxes to sit on. That way we get to see a proper shot of the delicious food that Sophie made last. It was a simple suggestion not a criticism!!
Wow! How is your digestion with all that cheese and pasta. I would be so sick. Pasta and or cheese is no more then once a week for me. However I will be trying out a couple of these meals on executive weeks.

The oil helps to stop the spaghetti / pasta from sticking together 😃 well done on another great video! X

You don't need oil if you cook the pasta correctly and put it in the water at the right time.... Only a pinch of salt is required for flavour
Although it can add flavour to your pasta, drizzling oil onto it actually stops the sace from sticking to the pasta, not always a good idea 🙂

Mushrooms goes well with parsley,so for better taste and look I would recommend to add some at the end of cooking
