Yes I totally agree with you about the length of the interview but it was BADD in a good way!!! Leonard!!! Di man ah yuh fraud!!!
He's really an entertainer this highlight should preserve the history of this legend of Dancehall.
RIP Merciless!!!
The most lyrical King of dancehall, unfortunately some 90’s artistes including Bounty and Beenie, were overly emotional and had the ability to stifle many more talented entertainers de Warhead being one!!!!
RIP King 👑
Them a all friends
If they were friends they would have been at his funeral friend enemies they are kmt

MERCILESS IS THE BEST LYRICIST IN JAMAICA. LEGEND WHO CAN NEVER BE REPLACED🙏🏽💃
As a person who writes, I can truly say I see this brother as the best when it comes to rhyme in the history of music. I have never seeing anyone that can create rhythms like him. I met him at airport, and he is a easy going person. After watching this show I have way more respect for him after hearing his story. "Real ting!"
Lieutenant stitche was the best to me still but merciless is very good 👍
Me can't believe Merciless had so much respect for Bounty , and Bounty style him so after his death
Clearly the most underrated DJ in dancehall history. He is one of the greatest of all time.
merciless is not underrated, u will struggle to find any dancehall fan that doesn't rate merciless
jesshook 2 he is underrated fi true.

One of the greatest legend in the business which I think didn’t get the respect he deserved.

What I love about this DJ . He doesn't have a million times but the tunes he did were very well done. His timing is out of this world. He has range ! My DJ him bad .
Mi artist
I used to mistake him for bounty killer in the early 90's, but I was able to distinguish them apart, and ever since he's my favourite DJ. Merciless continue to produce good music.
As a kid I couldn't differentiate them either... always thought it was the same artist
Rest in peace my brother u gone but not forgotten bless

Merciless interviews are always so entertaining. He kept me laughing all the way.One thing he is not short of is lyrics.
Merciless full a lyrics even by just talking 😂😂😂 positivea comedian to rassclaat
Lenard seems to have dealt with a lot of deaths but his spirit is alive and well. More life, joy and prosperity to the War-in-Don.
Legal troubles and ALCOHOLISM doomed him. In addition to the fight he received from various industry players after STING 2001.
If I could like this video 8k more times. I would. Excellent job u are doing Teeach Dem. We want millions more of you from Jamdown and In Jamdown. I pray I will live to see this👍🏾👏🏽💕. Very good interview. I personally had the chance to meet the 'War Head' himself in early 2000. This bredda ya very intelligent and full a talent .
Merciless boss, a the only Dj way kill 3 artist in a one night a sting, no other artist noh do that in a the history a dancehall..

Thank you for what you're doing , these artist made my life a little better growing up in America in the 90'S.
Big up *Lenny* aka *Suga Demus* aka *Merciless* from my distrist in *Turners* aka *Chapelton, Four Paths.*
I too went to *Bredda Claudie Basic School* and then to *Beulah All Age School* with Lenny and his nephew *Orville* aka *Thrilla* who is now a principal....
*Lenny* older brother was the community big deejay along with my cousin *Topence Irie.* .... *Merciless* and looks and sounds like his father, so he never try to sound like *Bounty* this is how him sound, from school days.
I remember when *Turner's* was the epicenter of entertainment in *Chapelton.* We had numerous sound systems and even a movie theater back in the late 80's and early 90's. People come from far to *Turners* for fun.
Now the community is vertically a *Ghost Town* due to migration and gun violence. It brought tears to my eyes seeing my community comes to this.....
Big up *Merciless* and *Teach* .....👍💯🇯🇲
What year u leave Beulah all age
I went to school with him and his Sister. .
You have to know mi family Aunt lu was my grannie Ragga is my father the whole of four paths is my family including Merciless

You have taken it to a new level teach! Wow. You are doing something that’s unique amongst the dancehall fraternity. Keep it going brother. 💯
This was a really interesting and thorough interview. Great! His voice has not changed at all and he still has it after all the years!
Merciless is the most viewed artist on Teach Dem wow
He's been the most viewed even before he passed bro. Now no one will never pass him
For my sake I hope many interviews surpass his re number lol 😂 but yeah he has been very important to my journey so far
@@TeachDem for profit wise I see what u mean... Maybe when u interview Alkaline Vybz Kartel or Elephant Man
Merciless was the artist that made me start listening to reggae music. I was on vacation in Trinidad and my cousin was playing that Chuck Norris. Only when he broke down to me what merciless is saying that I started to understand the twang.. Changed my life forever.. rip
This man is what he does and has passion for it.
Teach I think you can take over from Winford when he retires you are one of my favorite interviewer trust me
Not as simple as it sound.. But if teach dem wuda do it the teach dem way an ppl like It.. It wud work
It's a big difference with limited time and Live tv. Compare to social media base. Teach have time on his hands to ask extending questions
Even before him retire. Teach dem more skilled in his interview styles.
Agree.
Him baddd I love Teach's vibe. He does not cut ppl off and he gives ppl time to talk and he always asks the right questions.
Big up Merciless! Authentic dancehall artiste. Not a bedroom auto tune artiste. Lyrical bad!
