I think I got the measurements wrong, could you post them in grams? My dough is not like in the video, it's more like a sticky gummy dough ://

I just made Tyrópitta und it turned great. I would like to bake bougatsa too but these mesurments in tbsp intimate me. I feel more confindent in gramms. Is it possible to convert them in gramms?
