Yeah, let's talk some Square Biz for a moment here :-)
The Square Turn is a sophisticated move and pretty spectacular, once you get into flow motion. The pivot leg brings you around, alternating turns on the front and back wheels, depending on the direction of the swing leg.
The preset move to build up execution of the Square Biz displayed here is the Funky Strut.
Other recommended presets are the linear Stray Shuffle, the Angular Twist and Backseat Dribble.
