The collector pin of optocoupler is connected with BP pin of ic which is nearly 5.8 volts,and feedback is given by emitter of photo transistor of the optocoupler
This track is passing 300 volts and close to the optocoupler track which below 3 volts ,if bi chance cockroach enters and excretion near the track main ic get damaged
