I've heard recruiters don't value private university degrees as they are perceived as degrees that are bought with money and done by someone who couldn't get into Public ones. Could you provide your valuable input which can be helpful for upcoming students?

U cannot change ur stream from ece to cs in public. U can go electronics and cs combination but not cs alone
