We've had those things nesting even inside overturned planters on our deck. Good build!
I know where you can purchase a couple for a good price... The guy who builds them is a good friend of mine too...(lol)

@@masimiand not sure I understand your question? This nest box, as well as other bird houses/boxes, are for sale. This one was sold. I have others we hung around our homestead as well. Was that what you were asking?

These nest boxes do work, however, I don't have any videos of them building a nest in one. We've moved back to Texas since I did this video but I'll see whether I can get a video where the next box is being used.

Very pretty! How do you clean it out at the end of the nesting season?
Thank you, they're fun to build and its great to watch birds build their nests in them. The clean out for this type of nest box is the front cover. I don't glue it in place and don't fill in the screw holes so it can be removed for cleaning the box out.
I Challenge you to build this box exactly according to the measurements you have put on this video.
I’ve built a number of these nest boxes using the measurements listed. Not sure why you’d challenge me to do so again, especially since the one in this video was cut to the measurements listed. 14:17 14:17

What you think isn’t correct. I measure each piece, cut them and put them together. So, what isn’t correct?
Good build any thoughts on making it with a swinging panel to make so it can be cleaned out?
The front comes off by taking out the screws. However, a hinged door would be something to try as well. I’ll have to make another and see how that would look. Thanks for the comment and idea.
