I found solution about it in Video Copilot's website and Andrew's answer. He told us, 'update your GPU'

I had the same problem updated my driver, like peoples have been saying, now it is not working at all and I get an "Please compress the following file and contact the support" and ideas?

Now, I updated my GPU. And I solved this problem.
In Video Copilot website, you can find install page. And under the web page there are some solutions.
