I’m so blown away by this. Tweenies was definitely a god tier kids TV programme for me. Finally got to see behind the scenes footage from this, but I wish I could time travel back to those days again.
They should bring an official Tweenies channel to RUclips and socials. That way kids nowadays can watch full episodes in 4K and be apart of their childhood like a lot of other older shows have done. They were massive in Britain, they should bring them back!
That's pretty cool, I'd love to see how the mecs work inside those heads as well as who was in the suit. Supposedly they're coming back for an anniversary special too

So it was the voice actors controlling the blinking and the mouth mechanisms of the suits the whole time?! My mind is BLOWN.
I don’t know about Tweenies being aimed at 3-5 year olds, I watched it in my 20s and loved it. And I don’t have kids.

Iain is so underrated, created so many of my favourite childhood shows especially Fun Song Factory
