Greg Kelly was being mentioned the bad boy who was Les's son and he reminded me of Lord Alex Oakwell from Emmerdale and Graham Clark from Emmerdale. Greg was quite like Roy Cropper in his early days when Roy first started as a creepy weirdo and stalker and Greg is also a bit like Steve McDonald in his early days as a wide boy and a bit of player and a bit of a villian and a bad boy and the same thing like David Platt. But Greg is more like Joe Carter and Richard Hillman a classic Corrie villains.
so that's £15000 each- Leanne and Toyah might be fine refusing, but Chesney is kind of the epitome of beggar cant be choosy. him his wife and the 5 kids all live below the breadline. that money could help them out a bit. Is it worth the gamble of a possibly larger pay out?

He is still alive and lives in Wales and is retired. They sacked him for selling up and coming stories to the tabloids. He now lives on a modest pension he featured on an episode of life on the dole a few years back
I never liked Les all that much - Way too common and a trouble maker - However his character was a good representation of what most people are like in the north of England from what ive seen on trips to Blackpool and Preston Market
"Hey Hey" was a nice callback.
i’m so glad they actually gave him compliments not slagging him off
I quite enjoyed this episode. Kirk felt like his old self tonight and seeing him back in the Battersby house was lovely.
@ i feel like Kate brooke’s wants to do something with chesney and like unless it’s jus this week
I really hope so. I'm actually enjoying this van storyline with Chesney and I hope it leads to something interesting.
@ it’s had about 20 second air time sadly
@ notice how chesney is interesting with just the kids and no gemma
Theyve got to bring gobby janice and cilla back, sad but total entertainment value!!!😅😅
Janice was alright just gobby!
Vicky Entwistle, who played Janice Battersby in Corrie, quit the itv soap in 2011 and doesn't plan on returning anytime soon.
@brettthomson-hunter1996 awww that's a shame, watching old corrie she was a brilliant actress as was Cilla/Wendi Peters
@brettthomson-hunter1996 well she might come for les
that would be very good!!
Oh look at toyahs jealous face.. when Nick was comforting Leanne

Les will always be a Legend calling Norris Doris and Curly Shirley
Rip les
Status Quo 💪💪
But he wanted to come back , but would not let him, best character ever in it, and they dumped him, but now making a story out of him, now he is dead
Love how Tyrone ain't there for moral support for Fiz😂😂 or is it more to do with him and Les not getting on too well??
More through kirk alright kirk was close to les
Greg Kelly and Cilla and Janice could come for Les Funeral
Yeah wouldn't like cilla to come back love for janice

When will soaps learn that in real life they don’t have readings of Wills
We did. But, yes, more rare these days.
Goodbye les
Why have they killed him off I missed some episodes
Where janxuce and culla
Les was a Top Bloke. Real shame they chose to kill him off and not bring him back. I wanted him back with Janice, Toyah and Leanne.
Greetings from Canada why is les basterby returning to the storyline with no warning even though his character has been gone for quite a long time 😊
Because the character died and them folks are his relations
Kirk is a right plonker 😂
It would have been much better if Les voiced it himself.
He died in reall life
@lillianflorence6056 no he didn't. Why are you making it up?
@@charlottestopper6536 he did he said

Whos Greg Kelly
So les won’t be coming back into Coronation street
I’d be pissed off if I were Leanne. She’s his only real child. Toyah and Chesney shouldn’t have got the same as her.
Not watched corrie for years but had a look at this clip.. Kirk seems to have gone even more stupid than he used to be
Whose Greg?
