Yes I love cycle syncing! It literally became the biggest life hack when I discovered it. I recommend reading the book : ‘in the flo’ it dives so much deeper into our hormonal cycles
I feel like I only truly started paying attention to my cycle a few years ago. I'm 34 and took birth control for about 17 years--that totally messed up my mental health and my body. Finally got a non-hormonal copper IUD and it's the best thing I've ever done regarding my period. Also idk if this happens to anyone else but the week before my period, my meds for depression/anxiety seem to almost stop working altogether, but then it's fine again.

I just finished Atomic Habits && Before I Let Go by Kennedy Ryan ! Such a vibe 💕 I get excited to see the books you’re reading to see what to look for at my local library
So glad more women (especially women of color) are discussing cycle syncing! It is so important to be aware of ❤ I’m currently in the process of trying to decrease my screen time by deleting social media …it’s a process for sure 😅

It’s not just you! I feel like with small worlds felt like I was rushing it because I wanted to get to more interesting parts. And I was reading it and taking breaks and then coming back to it, which wasn’t helpful. I think with his writing you need to be IN IT, in his world and read it in a shorter period of time to really enjoy it because of his v dreamy writing style.
