You forgot to mention their unfair buff in their home server of Canada. They are a government protected build which means humans can only pvp them in areas with no surveillance or witnesses and in international servers where their buff is deactivated.

I literally walked past a goose on my way home from work the other day. I came within five or ten feet of it. I was so afraid it was gonna attack me. Luckily it totally ignored me.
I usually kick geese in the neck then

1) dont run from geese, they are pure show and no bite. Go for the neck
2) run from swans, there is no god that will help you.

Nah you're literally the swan's worst matchup in the game even unarmed and unarmored. Neck grabs, kicks, projectiles in the form of stones and sticks, and spaced attacks with sticks are all super effective. if you turn your back to your opponent and let it get you off balance, you're vulnerable but as long as you're ready to dodge and grab, the swan is done.
Stay away from swans if you value your eyes.

Elaine Wang I had a goose for a few years that just showed up. He lives with and protected my chickens. Eventually one spring he just flew away. TLDR.... goose poo is super effective
The lab I worked at for a couple years had a huge problem with this. Geese would congregate on all the walkways and cover everything in droppings. I never once got hit by their intimidation attack, but they still destroyed my resolve. OP man.
You can use intimidation skills to essentially nullify the effects of geese droppings. We had some geese shitting all over our driveway, so I tracked them down, collected all of the shit in a plastic bag and dumped it right next to their nest. I have never seen a goose for the past 5 months let alone seen their shit. Psychology and higher intellect beats everything. Human master race op.
Ah, but they just sort of happen as a result of geese forming such large guilds. They don't actively use them as a defensive measure or trap. They're more of an area effect.

Speaking of OP birds, it’d be cool to hear ur opinions on the Bearded Vulture build. Using colored dirt for both aesthetics and an added intimidation buff is unconventional but a pretty effective choice. Specing into such a strong stomach acid must have cost a lot of evolution points, but bone-eating is a good method for gaining xp that others have missed.

Fortunatly i grew up with geese which led to me mastering the goose matchup. The trick is quite simple. First try to chase the goose into a corner. Usually they will try to avoid you so you don't need any exxagerated movements. It may be that at some point the goose tries to attack. It beat with its wings in your direction, run towards you with neck stretched out and hiss like a waterkettle. Don't loose your nerves, it's just a bluff. Grab the goose by the neck, right behind the head and pull lightly to keep the neck stretched out. The goose will try to slap you with its wings but that's pretty easy to avoid. Next grab with your other hand along the gooses neck (to avoid the wings) and grab the wings with one hand right at the base. Once you establish that grip the goose is completly helpless. You can actually carry it like this with no problems.

The best troll build is the seagull. I was a seagull main before I found my current main the gastrotrich build. I stopped using it completely after I switched all my primary alts to human build.

Early in game when I was at level 7 or 8 in my human build, I encountered a swan duo by a lake using intimidation tactics. I used a grab technique on one opponent's neck and threw him back into the water biome. The other one fled the scene. Huge XP boost that day!
That's the recommended tactic. Just yeet them and run in the opposite direction.

Had a scout approach me while I was sitting down. They have seen me for weeks sitting in the same spot and I guess they learned I'm not a threat. So the scout walked up to me with his mate about 6 feet back and he just stared at me. I looked at him, took a sip of water and then just calmly walked away because I figured he wanted to graze comfortably in the area I was in. They seem pretty kool as long as you are. These days the whole family and babies walk passed me a lot, about four feet away which is wild.

Yo, one time i was jogging on the streets and a goose (around baby season for them) near a lake was just next to the sidewalk and starts hissing at me from a distance. I ignore it but it starts rearing up and flaring it's wings. I just run by that thing, but i was thinking to myself, man, what was that bird thinking threatening me? I could have just kicked it and it'd get rekt. On the way back this goose is STILL there, and sees me from a distance and is like hissing all like "COME AT ME BRO" So as im running back, I lean down to it's face and hiss back.

My favorite part about it is that he shifted the end music as soon as it started. Not only does it smoothen the lift off, it subconsciously informs the listener that the video has entered it's final segment. I hope he uses that format from now on.

Because that's what all the game's tooltips say... too many human mains relying on a third party strategy guide regarding some metagame outside the main servers.
That depends what server you are on, in some servers the mods encourage reducing the number of geese mains due to their tendency to troll other builds.

I dunno, I've heard their wing strike can be impart some impressive force.
Also, since geese travel in groups, they rarely have to worry about fighting multiple assailants alone and will often gang up on enemies themselves.
That's what I'm saying, the main weaknesses of the goose build stated here are only applicable to the minority that plays solo
