The event brings together the best of African, Caribbean, and African American cooking, featuring dishes from countries like Senegal, Ghana, Nigeria, Ethiopia, and several Caribbean nations, including Barbados, Trinidad, Jamaica, and Haiti, along with soul food from the United States.
