    It would be great to get information on what permeance rating is recommended for each climate zone in the US.

    Thanks for this explanation. I'm a bit surprised you use plastic caps, instead of metal or glass, materials wich are known to be 100% diffusion close. Does free cup surface not affect test results?

      The best reference document for you is the Technical Guide for DELTA®-VENT SA. Dr. Straube contributed to this Guide. Of the most interest to you is the Thermal Control and Vapor Control sections (pgs 14 to 19). There you can find charts to see the thermal and vapor control recommendations for your region and wall system.
