I just attempted Soul Melter EX yesterday and got pretty far. I reached the third phase of the Void Termina battle. My team consisted of three Magolors and one Vividria.
*Update:* I've finally beaten it! This time I used four Magolors. Void Termina's final phase was surprisingly easy compared to the previous.
This means I have 100% completed Kirby Star Allies in its entirety, including clearing Guest Star ???? as every friend. 🎉 🎉 🎉
