Fun fact: the t1 apparently can use sharpening stone, but the buff is lost at the t2. So technically the t1 could go further then it did. (But like I said, it doesn't affect the t5)
that's cus t1 has sharp damage and t2 is normal damage. t2 gets the ability to pop lead. also you're telling me a 375 dollar tower is gonna outlast a 105,360 dollar tower??
@@capertillar4634 no hes not, hes saying the t1 could go further than it did, cuz it can recieve an extra buff. of which the buff cant be applies to t5

@@aa01blue38 They aren't saying that the t1 would go farther than the t2, just the t1 with sharpening stone could go farther than the t1 did in this video (without the sharpening stone)

Keep in mind that everytime you move the beast it stops attacking for a few moments. That first run on 202 looked close, but you kept moving the giga small increments down the track which lowered your dps. Not sure if it would have made a difference or not, but it’s good to keep in mind.
It's honestly impressive to me how DDTs remain a consistent threat to pretty much every single tower in the game, almost purely because of their speed. BADs are an issue because they become insurmountable damage sponges, but DDTs will mess you up first just by running by you.
I have a MK idea for the beast handler. Handler Expertise: Tier 4 beast handlers can be upgraded on the other two paths up to tier 3, and tier 5 beast handlers can be upgraded on the other two paths up to tier 4. I don’t know if this is too broken, but it would be interesting.
Would it be viable to instead make BH T5s require one less tier 4 on the same path (and maybe gain bonus power equal to that from the "missing" handler)?
Think the T5 able to have a T4 crosspath would be too broken, but a T4 with a T3 crosspath would be fine

When he said that towers are weak to Bloons of the same color. That reminded me of when ISAB would do those satire Bloons td battles video saying that towers the same color as the Bloons are better at popping them. Now it’s the other way around. How the turn tables.

Honestly I think with the giga logs is better for it considering it’s ranger is big enough to cover most of the track from the center

Its still not that great and struggles against clumps. Whatd be dope is the 555 cross path mod with the new improved damage basically more than tripling the dps

Hey Isab, through some thinking, I’ve thought of a fun challenge. What if you could only beat Bloons or go as far as you can using only monkeys with master in their name? This consists of the apex plasma master dart monkey, the arcane mastery wizard monkey, the grandmaster ninja, the master bomber ninja, the bloon master alchemist, and the master builder. I personally think it would be a fun challenge, but I’m too bad at the game to attempt it myself.

You gotta redo the Ascended Shadow, with its recent buff inhereiting the grand sabo ability. I did it myself and got to round 231. Higher than any tower in the game.

For these small range towers, wouldn't Balance be better? I'm pretty sure bloons on Balance go around more often than on Resort

the DPS check mod is definitely not coded to divide the tower's DPS by the speed multiplier of the game. In other words if you use the 3x game speed (the unmodded speed up feature) then the DPS check mod will multiply that tower's DPS by 3, making it seem 3 times better than it actually is which sounds like a very noobie mistake but that can easily be fixed in the coding.
I think a way to buff beast master would be just making it so that his staff also gains attack related to level. Like each version does a bonus affect like the top path could gain a sauda type sweeping attack or the middle path launching the little ball or has as a fire bomb or something
I love how you set the round to 234, so that we could know what the max round was, saves us from having to try to remember, great video!

I did a chimps run on cubism when the beast handler first came out like day of or day after with the unnerfed megalodon. I did a beast handlers + psi run, while only having the 3 5th tiers at their max. I think I made it past the 180s before I even got a non village tower in the form of a Moab glue and it lasted until past 200. I remember being so shocked at the strength of the mega lol, but the big bird was just as good being the only reason I made it that far. The Bloons got so fast but the bird managed nonetheless. Psi and bottom path bird synergize very well together, so well in fact that I only died to like multiple f bads. When I did that run I thought giga sucked lol but I think it’s the best path now.

I know it doesn't really need a buff but one thing I think would be cool is if they added a weaker tail swipe attack to tier 4 and 5 to help deal some extra damage to bloons outside of its chomp attack.

i think it would be interesting to see a max buffed tack zone considering it was killed this update
Due to the fact they replaced 2 of the 4 pierce with a noticeable increase in attack speed, the super buffed tack zone will actually be stronger than it would’ve been last update since the buffs would give it a lot of the pierce it lost.
@@Oversail wouldn't it still be worse since most of the good buffs are an increase in attack speed except for top path village
@@krylle1711 All sources of attack speed in btd6 are separate multipliers. Therefore the attack speed increase matters both at base and superbuffed. Pierce increases, however, are additive, so the -2 pierce isn't going to matter at all for a tower that will have like 15+ pierce when superbuffed.
@@krylle1711idk how much pierce the max buffs give, but losing two pierce isn't as bad when you're going from (example) 10 > 8 compared to 4 > 2. on the other hand a 10% fire rate increase stacking with all those buffs is a huge dps increase

from 10 to 8 is 80% (8/10 or 4/5)
from 4 to 2 is 50% (2/4 or 1/2)
for the tackzone without buffs, losing 50% of it's pierce is a big deal (which +10% attack speed can't make up only getting 55% of it's original damage [if all the pierce is used])
but say it got +4 pierce from buffs it only lost 20% of it's old pierce (effectively 88% of it's original damage)
at +22 pierce it makes even with the pre nerf tackzone

Towers are weak to try e same color bloon, because Crossbow Master hates DDTs, Superstorm hates Bads, and Bloon Crush gets pierce capped by BFBs in the late game.

6:30 I think upgrading to velociraptor AND selling the merged handlers is worse than max adasaurus, only the first run was base velociraptor and it didn’t seem anywhere close to beating 99 even with perfect micro
subsequent runs all had the 3 merges without selling, and only *with* 3 merges velociraptor was slightly better than the max adasaurus to barely beat 99 with good micro
