Could take days to make one sometimes because chinese letters are hard to carve sometimes. not to mention the material made of something rare or expensive like jade really need someone who really good at it.

What they did in this instance is cloaked the fact they where a huge company to rip off a unique master craftsman into selling his crowning work for a fraction of the price he would have sold if he would have been informed. Thats what people don't like.

money isn't commercial stuff, the paper itself has no real value it just representing value. You can't sell money and get more from it (not the collectable banknotes)

Not really since the only country in the world that seriously uses seal stamps is Japan and most of the stamps called Hanko there are just mass produced. Japan uses them alot because hand signatures aren't legally allowed on documents as a form of identification. The logic there being that signatures are easier to forge than mass produced seals you can literally buy at the local market...pure idiocy if you ask me. The only people buying handmade seals tend to be collectors or those who appreciate art.

No. China has a very different view on property and intellectual property. Licensing doesn't exist as we perceive it in the west. When someone wants a design or something made for their business, many small shops like this will be more than happy to charge the regular price and allow them to use the design however they please. Chinese culture isn't driven by greed, but moreso passion.
