      If it's soaked long enough it will be fine. Bacteria can no longer grow at 60 c, and the population will die out. That being said, it would be much better to get over 70 c. At those temps, bacteria starts to actively die. Obviously 100 would be the best, only needed about 30 seconds to kill all bacteria in the while systems.

    Isn’t this a bit unsanitary cuz you just sweated and probably sheaded in the sand do they reuse the sand or toss it out

    • @jonkaminsky8382
      @jonkaminsky8382 2 года назад

      It’s reused, but the dead skin cells are drained into a collection tank and then later processed at a nearby chemical plant to produce Soylent Green, a delicious food substitute. 😉

    its literally the same as going to a sauna, it only forced you to lose water weight through sweat, drink some liquids and you'll get that weight back

      This is similar to exfoliating skin, you can do this with lots of other methods this is just a special relaxing way to do it.

      @SUBVA most of the weight he lost was probably water weight from sweat. F1 drivers can lose up to 10 pounds in one race just from sweat. The same thing for combat sport athletes, the try to sweat off as much as they can since it’s the fastest way to lose weight.
