sitting on the Wardens Mail component is still highly valuable, and I believe Thornmail procs a ton with Ashe Q as well

How to counter Vayne? Especially on top lane?
Frozen Heart wrecks her
start ganging up on her at early game because once she gets 2-3 items she can duel everyone. no point building resistances apart from frozen heart because of max health true damage

phase rush + hextech flash and get oracle lens first, hide in any bush and wait for her, when she wards the bush just clean it with oracle, you can use flash or hex flash if you see her get near the bush. perma camp bush and dont let her farm. even if you are playing darius she will have a hard time laning against you

You should always keep in mind that he is a very strong duelist, and an agressive one, so unless you play one as well, you should absolutely avoid extended fights.
Be very careful and play safe early as he will want to kill you and snowball. His first levels are fucking scary, he can 1v1 so many champs in the first 3 levels. But you can set up easy ganks thanks to this!
MS is very good to buy early, especially boots of Swiftness : if he doesn't land his stun, his combo is fucked and you're good, and you can kite him too, but be careful as his thunder will slow you too. Around 10 sec of CD for his stun, same pour the thunder.
Respect his thunder damage (his E), especially if he builds AP. His ult has been hugely nerfed.
Watch out for his mark (the X) on you : you should really avoid taking trades with him if you are marked, as he will regen A TON if he crunchs you back, and the less he has HP, the more he will R/regen. Using ignite at this moment can fuck his combo. If you want to focus on anti healing, Lol Havoc already made some great videos about that.
Look for what he's building : dealing with a full AP Voli is very different than dealing with a tank one.
Keep in mind that most Voli players (especially the ones who have no mastery on him) think with their CLAWS and not with their brain 🧠: they will make ton of mistakes by being too agressive and arrogant (Perma pushing the wave = you can setup a gank, trying to dive you = he fucks up and dies, ....).
And as a Voli main, these are the champs I struggle against : Jax, Teemo, Vayne, sometimes Quinn or Gwen and any ADC range cancer champ. A good Trundle is very hard to deal with too. Any champ that scales well is good.

adc is a broad term because there's lots of different adcs and how they build.
there's generally two types of adc
on hit adcs: these adcs focus more on attacking very fast. examples of on hit adcs are kogmaw and varus. on hit builds usually have two core items: blade of the ruined king as the main source of damage as it deals current health damage, and guinsoo's rageblade to amp attack speed and on hit. from there it's flexible on what items you should build.
facing magic damage? wit's end.
more damage? kraken slayer.
you have AP scalings? nashor's tooth.
they're building resistances? terminus.
crit adcs: crit adcs are weaker early on but have a stronger late game than on hit adcs once they hit 100% crit chance. examples of crit adcs include jhin, draven, samira
you only really have one core item as a crit adc: infinity edge. then your build becomes champion/matchup dependent
need waveclear? runaan's(on-hit adcs can also build this due to the two bolts also applying on hit effects)
are you a spellcaster with long cooldowns? navori flickerblades
are you a spellcaster with high mana costs? essence reaver
need lifesteal? bloodthirster, although it doesn't crit, it's your only other choice if you don't wanna build bork
someone on the enemy team wants to 100-0 you? immortal shieldbow
need to move a lot during fights? phantom dancer
are you not dependent on attack speed and want to make your crits hurt even more? yun tal wildarrows
looking to burst squishy targets? the collector
enemy building resistances? lord dominik's regards
enemy building resistances while having healing? mortal reminder
looking to poke? rapidfire cannon

sort of: her q gives bonus attack speed which *is* impacted by frozen heart but it does not impact the rate at which the flurry comes out to my knowledge

it does, but its pointless cuz decreasing the duration of her slow makes no difference if she still perma slows by auto attacking you a lot. still good vs her ult tho
