Sorry for the delay in responding, I don't list the prices because I don't work for the builder, those aren't my prices. I have to sign an agreement with some builders not to post pricing because it creates problems for them. By the time you watch the video the price has gone up but to the viewer they don't know. In Orlando there was a video of the Ponte Vedra model that was 6 years old. The person who created the video stated prices in the $660's. which was true at the time. Today the base price is $992k. Can you imagine what grief that creates. People are threatening the builder with law suites and simply respond I have no idea who made the video. In my videos I'm not selling the homes as you can tell by what I do in my videos. I represent buyers not the seller. When someone is representing me I don't expect them to be selling me anything. I hope this makes sense. If you would like send me an email and I will gladly get the current base price for you but I won't post it online where it is frozen in time.
