I know it's not something you all usually cover, but I imagine one of those fans over the memory when running 7800+ might actually have some system stability impact. As always really appreciate your cooler reviews as they're comprehensive and make for a wonderful resource to point people to.

Some? Mate all ram overclockers on ddr5 including myself jerryrrig a 120mm fan on ddr5 modules to do any good OC. In other words yeah active cooling is very important and these would be fantastic as a much cleaner alternative.

Congrats Mike! May the lad sleep long hours.
The content doesn’t mention other fans than those shown in the images. Thus, “testing” of the cpu swing fans is a function of the air flow in that specific configuration. It is arguable, tho ambiguous given the limited info provided, that good case airflow with…say, front panel fans…would reduce the effect of these fans.

yea a massivily amped up version of it.. and arctics cooler with that fan has the tubes coming straigh out the top and is is just kinda weird.. cool idea but i just watched the video on it and it doesnt do anything opposed to this bad boy.. especially if you could fit just one of the add on fans in a SFF case it would probably do wonders.. hes saying 5-8 degress isnt anything well it would be way more than that when all the components in a SFF build are using the powersupply fan, and 2 maybe 3 fans to exhaust/intake air.

Specially when you showed, there’s hardly any improvement from 1 fan to 5 fans 😅
I’ll stick to the better value Arctic Freezer line then… specially as you showed it performs better on AMD 🤔 might look into that Phantek T30 tho for my Intel system 😊
