Good morning Jamie! It's an amazing amount of Detail and Precision! You show excellent patience and attention to detail. It's going to be impressive! Thanks for the inside look!
Good morning, Dennis! I've been building models since I was seven, and amazingly had patience for it even as a young age. It feels good to be getting back to the hobby now, even if this is a new type of model for me. 🙂
Thanks, Leah! It's funny, I was thinking about stained glass the other day. That's something I always wanted to learn to do for real windows, but perhaps this project and my railroad will give me a chance to do some in scale.
Hi Tracy! It's strange because I had a ton of patience as a kid, but have found I'm getting less patient as I age. You'd think it would be the other way around, right? Thankfully I still have enough to do this. It's been a good antidote to screen time lately. Thanks for watching and commenting, my friend! I hope you, Leah, and everyone are doing well.
Morning Jaime, Victoria, Texas has been experiencing its’ worst winter storm in several years. Power out, water main broke, Internet line damage, etc.... The past couple of days have been rough. Yours is the first video I’ve viewed and I am enjoying your detailed project build. You could use small electrical clips as clamps. As always, thank you for sharing and blessings. 🙏🏼👍🏼
Good evening, David! I've been thinking about you and all my other pals in Texas wondering how things were going. I know you've done a lot of prepping, but I don't know if long, cold winter storm was part of those plans, yikes! 🥶 That's a lot of issues out there, and a huge portion of the state is dealing with it all at once. Hope things are improving now, and hope they'll be back to normal soon. I'm honored that my video was the first you watched upon your return, and that's a good suggestion about the alligator clips. I have some around somewhere, I think in the garage. I'll. have to go look, thanks! 👍
@@JamieMakin It is said that which doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. I have been reflecting on items that will benefit in the future: dry fire wood in quantity, more solar panels and battery storage, and a propane powered generator to name a few. I may wind up making a video on my thoughts.
@@davidlynnprepperprincipal3540 that is very true, and you'll definitely come out of this stronger! It was a 5-day power outage during a winter snowstorm that got me interested in prepping 5 years ago. At the time the power went out I didn't even have a working flashlight or a single bottle of water, yikes! I've still got a long ways to go, but at least if it happened today I'd have food, heat, and water for a while. I'd love to see a video sharing your thoughts on your experiences this winter. We see a lot of peppers make videos prepping for the problem, but I don't think I've ever seen one talking about how things worked out. It would be great to hear both what helped you out during this, and what you'll do differently to prepare should it happen again. Good luck, and stay safe and warm! 🙏☃️
You are cutting strips to connect the walls. There should be scorched strips in the kit.You can see them at 7:25 in this episode on the left side of the general instruction sheet.
I love it my dear friend excellent video have a great weekend God bless you keep going keep it up must come to my house 🏘️ always be happy keep smiling stay safe stay connected

I was waiting for another video of this series. Very chill
Thanks, and glad you enjoyed it. Got the continuation of this in the queue for Wednesday.
Wowww amazing beautiful very good 🤝👍
Thank you, Cah!
Thank you! I enjoyed watching with my cup of coffee ☕️ in hand. I haven’t done anything like that! Skillfully done. 🌻
Thank you, sunflower! It's going to be an interesting project. And I enjoyed reading your comment over my morning coffee.☕️🌻🙂
@@JamieMakin 😃
This project is so interactive that when you are finished, you'll be ready to build an eighth century Medieval Cathedral.
Wouldn't that be something?! I've always loved stone work, but this is my first chance to ever be hands-on with it.
That is a lot of work. It's going to be awesome when it's finished. The lights inside will be a great touch. Maybe some tiny stain glass🤔

@@JamieMakin that would be neat. I have seen the effect done using tissue paper.
@@leah890 hmm, that's not something I would have thought of! I'll have to look into that, thanks!
Yea I could never sit and do this lol nice job
Thanks! Just building the part you see here and what you will see in the next video was 1 1/2 hours of build time.
Wow Jamie. That is a lot of work. I don't know if I would have the the patients to do that now.
