Yo elliot, I joined a gym with a lot of strongman equipment (sandbags, boulders, shields, etc...) but I havent used any of it. I would love to see a video on how to safely do some common strongman workouts.

Question Elliot. There appears to be some lacking squat volume. I’m about half as experienced as you and you’re one of my great mentors, but training has shown me that the most valuable blocks with the most progress involve squatting 3-4 times per week.
Do you think you will lose some overall strength? You yourself are the great squat advocate!
Oh man! I don’t think I could squat 3x per week and still walk lol.
@@strengthcamp well, at least twice then. For example, you have NO heavy squats programmed from what I see. Does the strong man training on Friday sort of make up for it? When one gets close to your SBD strength (which I’m approaching slowly), I understand the need to scale back higher weight or volume.
For context I ran a program similar so Smolov @315 Back Squat and 245-275 FS each twice a week so 4x total. It was the most beat up I’ve ever been probably but got me beyond 405.
Since then I’ve been trying to get my deadlift above 500, but it seems like I may as well just try to get my squat there first because without squatting 4x a week, I feel like I’m losing strength.
Also, I consider your front squat video from like 10 years ago to be the most important fitness video on RUclips. Thank you for the years of advice, fitness and beyond. Profound impact on my life. Thank you

It could be picking up trash, mowing, starting a day care with values, young gentlemen strong man camp, buying land to make a campsite to do something about homeless, making sandwiches for the homeless.... If a man wants to be outside mowing, pressure washing, drinking coffee, it might be his purpose.
One guy has a channel and he helps the homeless, people donate and buy his clothing. He does buy one give one. Someone buys a pair of socks and he gives a pair of socks to a homeless person.
Helping animals, making a trad wife training course. Creating new inventions...
