Vince Staples has released his newest hiphop and rap album, "Dark Times". The west coast rapper is one of the most creative rappers right now, so Music Over Matter had to record a first listen and first reaction to this project. This is easily one of the best hiphop and rap albums to release so far this year. The dark instrumentals, laid back delivery, with introspective bars and storytelling, make for a great listening experience. Vince Staples is underrated for his ability to create concept albums that also have great singles and fun sounds, like on his albums, "FM!" and "Big Fish Theory". Our favorite tracks from this album are, "Black&Blue", "Shame on the Devil", "Etouffee", "Little Homies", and "Freeman".
