Can you help with the steps to the below problem statement.
If x(n)=(3,2,2,4,1,0,-3,-2,-1,0,2,3) decimated by a factor 2 and if the filter co-efficient bk=(1/3,2/3,1,2/3,1/3). Obtain the decimated sequence.

why did u take n values to plus minus L and 2L ..please tell..and is it only till 2L or till infinty
It will go up to the total bandwidth right, u have to take samples from your entire signal length so that's y. Not till infinity but upto your signal length
