Nice work Mike. I was lucky most of the boot drip rails were in good shape. I too am on the mend , hurt my back clearing some brush after a storm. Much better now but have been working on some lathe work that has been fun. good to hear your experience with the rust 911. I will keep it in mind for later rust removal. looking forward to see you back to hammering. Take care, Frank

Thanks Frank... I'm going to give it some extra time before picking up the blocking hammer since it came back so quick last time. Seems like I get a little more break-y every year ;-) Better than the alternative I guess...LOL

G'day Mike , the hole you pointed to in the rear gutter should have a drain tube that goes down through the floor and out the bottom . You can see the corresponding hole at the bottom. You may need to drill a hole in the trunk floor and weld the 1/2" tube in before you box in the side. From what I can see the other side needs doing as well.
    Best regards, Ric. Western Australia.

Thanks Rick... I had thought the tube exited the hole in the lighting nascel and dribbled out that pathway. I'll have to look into this. Thanks, Mike

No, it exits out the bottom, it's quite a neat way to do it.

Really Nice Work. I think your front Apron is a bit better than mine…..

Thanks Tush... I agree. Normally I take the long road on things, but in this case I plan to stick with this apron and use it like I stole it (I didn't... really I didn't)
