I am part of a sewing group that makes potholders, zipper pouches, tote bags, etc., to sell at various festivals in our town with all the proceeds supporting a local no-kill cat shelter. I made 27 credit card holders, and most have sold. Thank you for posting this useful, easy to follow video!
Love your tutorials. I have gone back to them often for pointers on making your projects. Thank you for sharing your talent.
This is the easiest and best tutorial for a card holder I have found. Thank you.
You are so welcome!
I love this type of project. A little something extra to add to the gift.
No need to sew the open end - fantastic, as I struggle to get mine as neat as I would like.
I am enjoying watching all of your videos. So refreshing to find someone who has her own way of doing things. Many thanks.
I made the holder as per your instructions. However, I found there was too much bulk in the corners so I made the interfacing 1/2" smaller all around leaving a 1/4" on all sides of the main pieces free. This worked much better and I was able to get the corners nicely squared. Thanks for the tutorial.
Thankyou for this great idea! I have leftover material from my grandsons military uniform after making keychains, a pillow and 2 tote bags, now this will be perfect to make for him and his dad. Great tutorial!!!
Just came across your channel. I have made several of your credit card holders. I love it. Great tutorial. Thank you for sharing.
Hi Lynn, I usually do a finishing decorative stitch through the finished card holder, I find that a nice wide crossstitch/crosshatch looking stitch helps the card holder remember where to close and finishes it off nicely. Thanks for your pattern!
Lynne, you are so generous with your time and expertise. Thank you!
Well Thankyou Janet... It does take up lots and lots of time... But I love it... Enjoy your day ! xoxoxo

Hi Lynne! I watched this video and you're right! Tis seems to be quick and easy. What I plan to do is make one to match each bag I make and put one inside as just a little "thank you for your order" gift. Of course my card will be in there! :=) Have a great day, Lynne and thank you so much!
I love your videos, keep them coming. The little projects are just nice to do when we have rainy days which is quite a lot in northern England 😊
Thanks Julia !
I made three. You're right about them being addictive - I've got more cut out and ready to sew. I will be trying a foundation crazy patchwork, where I use the interfacing as my foundation, and sew strips of fabric to it until it's covered.
well good for you... Glad you are having fun. :P
Just found you on you tube today. Love all your projects. Explained very well. Love that you take time to make sure everything is done well .

Good morning Vickie love your projects and follow you, really enjoy making your projects. I was wondering if you could do a wallet with the credit card spots. To match your bags. That would be awesome
Sooo Susan, I don't really do wallets. I have made several and do not like how they turn out... So sorry, Lynne

Loving it!
Hi Lynne. Thankx for this great project.. loved it. 😍
Just one question. Don't you need to sew up the open edge to make it more secure.
No , not if it tucked in where it should be.
