Mam your channel videos helped me lot in case of sitting tolerance.Mam my son is 5 year old now he speak our mother tongue Kannada and English fluently if I ask him to tel stories both languages he is able to tell but problem is when he is overhelmed or very excited or when he don't know the word then he say aaa aaa .is this normal and improve as he grows or should I work on this?

Reduce/ eliminate junk food containing sugar and food colours (including juices, soda etc). Reduce the screen time (on all gadgets) to minimum. *Pre Learning Skills* Involve the child in play focusing following: Joint attention in activity. Imitation. Turn Taking. Waiting. Social interaction- Make the child interaction with other children / people. Teach the child how to play with toys appropriately by demonstrating and prompting. Let him listen a lot during play, don’t push a lot to speak, he will start labelling himself. *Behaviour Management* Be ready to experience undesired behaviours in reaction to your efforts for above tasks. She knows association of words as she follows instructions by us such as bring the bottle, wear your shoes etc. She just speaks papa mama. Before involving her in team ..teach her tolerance ....turn taking games with 2 then 3 slowly introduce her team games ...without knowing turn taking waiting skills they can't play in groups ..waiting tolerance 1.what ever she is asking dont give immediately...tell her to count 10 then I will 2.turn taking like count the numbers with her she has to tell one next U 2 next her 3..like that just practice

Most therapists pressurize like this. Not all parents are wrong. We want more videos on speech delay and language delay. Child can understand and talk but doesn't talk. That's why behavior problem occurs. What to do? Nobody knows. Only we go to therapy and wasting money, nothing happens. Most therapists are not genuine.
