The dpp is correct justice must be seen to be done, that also means the court apply the correct procedures to secure a conviction ,that's just the law. No disrespect this is not about he vybz kartel medical issues, since not only should this not be an entry to use for a potential retrial ,this has to be what technical principles of law were not applied to secure the conviction , I am in the uk so it may not be a welcome comment as it's really about the Jamaican court system ,but if the dpp dropped the ball ,and the judge sees prosecution did not apply correctly,then the judges have full right to order aquittal.
